Special Thought Until Next Time:
Sometimes, you have to just take life one step at a time, one day at a time, one hour at a time. If you can surround yourselves with friends, find some ways to let of steam, take care of your body as best you can and keep dreaming your impossible dreams, the you will make it through to the other side!
Be mindful of those who are struggling. It may not always be obvious on the outside. You don’t have to fix someone else’s problems, you just have to let them know that you care!
Sometimes life gets to be too much. The past 4 months have been very difficult ones for our family and I took some time to focus on my day to day existence for a while. My new blogs cover some of what happened during my disappearance, but most of it is better just left underfoot. Time to just enjoy being out in the sunshine!
DRAWING CONTEST RESULTS...
Elfinlady & her daughter Scarlett won the drawing contest, but I am still trying to get a hold of them to mail them their prizes. They won this Artist Trading Card, but if I don’t hear from them by August, I will come up with a new contest and offer it as a prize...
JOKE CONTEST RESULTS...
Many of you made me giggle with your jokes,
but two of you stood out from all the rest.
ISHARA said that the dragon crossed the
road because it was “his KNIGHTLY ritual” which was funny enough to earn her an ATC and I had to give one to EL as well for her answer “to get home before KNIGHT fall”. These are the two prizes... whichever of them e-mails me the addy I am sending their prize to gets to pick which one they want!
VALENTINE STITCHING
CONTEST RESULTS!
Stitchers proved once again just how
creative they can be. I gave you a
pattern with a blank colour key and
just LOOK at what different kinds of
dragons you stitched! Here were the
most creative of all the entries I received. Some of
you even stitched more than one version to show me
but the Guys certainly stitched this design more than
anyone else! Just click HERE to print out a copy of
my colour key... it looks a bit boring next to these!
